The customer accepts the following terms:
 

Ownership and rights
 
1. The commission object is property of the Company until the invoice has been fully payed.
 
2. The copyright remains the property of the Company unless a different agreement is made. The copyright protects the images the the Company has taken, image manipulations, texts and graphics the the Company has produced. The client has no permission to use the commission without the approvement of the Company.
 

Damages ja responsibility
 
3. The customer will insures the copyrights of used materials and is responsible of all the claims and damages that occur because of unauthorized use.
 
4. The responsibility of the Company's errors is limited to doing the work again without compensation.
 
5. The Company is not responsible of the errors in commission object if the customer has approved the object of commission without making a complaint or the customer has not made a complaint before the agreed deadline.
 
6. The Company is not responsible of the errors made by one's subcontractors.
 
7. The Company is not responsible of deliveries that go missing or are damaged in mail or other form of delivery.
 
8. The Company is not responsible of error's resulting from differences in software or hardware or data transfer.
 
9. If the original materials go missing or are damages during the working on the commission object, delivery or keeping, the the Company is responsible of the damages within the insurances the Company has.
 
10. The Company is not responsible of the possible indirect damages.
 
11. Complainments that has not been made to the Company within eight (8) days after delivery or damage are ignored.
 
12. The changes made after delivery are billed according to the current rate.
 

Contents of delivery
 
13. A homepage product includes images only if suitable images are found from the Company's image bank. Otherwise a separate agreement is made.
 
14. The images delivered by the customer must comply with the standards of resolution and quality. The Company has a right to refuse to use the images if they are poor quality.
 

Time of delivery
 
15. Time of delivery is four (4) weeks from the order.
 
16. The agreement is made with Force Majeure reservation that includes the Company's team's sudden illness.
 
17. If the agreement includes material that the customer delivers, advance payment or other obligations by the customer, the deadline for delivery is four (4) weeks from the fulfillment of the customer's obligations.
 
18. Holidays are added to the time of delivery. Holidays are announced in advance on the web site.
 
19. The time of delivery may lenghten if the customer does not approve the object of commission.
 

Other
 
20. The Company keeps the right to change the terms of delivery.
